Jason Zadrozny is the Nottinghamshire County and Ashfield District Councillor for Sutton North ward.

Jason is the leader of Ashfield District Council, he is the youngest Council Leader in the Country. Following the May 3rd elections the Liberal Democrats are now the biggest group on the council. This is the first time that Labour have lost control of Ashfield District Council since it's creation in 1974. After the Council's AGM on 24th May 2007, the Liberal Democrats took outright control of Ashfield District Council. The only entirley Liberal Democrat Cabinet in all of Nottinghamshire.

The Liberal Democrat group are actively campaigning for a better, brighter Ashfield, with people at the centre of all of their priorities.

The Liberal Democrats exist to build and safeguard a fair, free and open society, in which we seek to balance the fundamental values of liberty, equality and community, and in which no-one shall be enslaved by poverty, ignorance or conformity.
